What time do I need to order for same day flower delivery in Melbourne?

Order before 12pm Melbourne time, Monday to Friday, and we guarantee same day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm are delivered the next business day, or you can pick any future date at checkout.

How much does flower delivery cost in Melbourne?

Fresh bouquets start from $75 and the delivery fee is calculated by suburb at checkout. There are no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Which Melbourne suburbs do you deliver to?

We deliver to over 430 suburbs across Melbourne, from the CBD and inner suburbs through bayside, the east and the west, and all the way down the Mornington Peninsula. See our full delivery locations list.

Do you deliver to the Mornington Peninsula and outer suburbs?

Yes. We cover the whole Mornington Peninsula including Mornington, Mount Eliza, Mount Martha, Frankston, Rosebud, Rye, Sorrento, Portsea, Red Hill, Hastings and Somerville, plus Dandenong and the south-east. For Peninsula deliveries we recommend ordering a day ahead.

Do you deliver flowers to Melbourne hospitals?

Yes. We deliver daily to hospitals across Melbourne including Monash Medical Centre, The Alfred, Frankston Hospital, Sandringham Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital, Dandenong Hospital, Box Hill Hospital and Caulfield Hospital. Hospital and funeral deliveries go out first each day. See our hospital flowers page.

What details do I need for a hospital delivery?

Add the hospital name, ward or room number, the patient's full name and a contact number in the delivery notes at checkout. Please check the patient has not been discharged and that the ward accepts flowers, as some intensive-care and maternity wards do not.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, except for special dates such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day when we extend delivery across the weekend.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You can add a preferred time in the order notes and we will do our best. We cannot guarantee a time slot because routes change daily. Deliveries arrive between 8am and 7pm, and business addresses are always delivered by 5pm.

How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?

Our driver sends a notification when the flowers are delivered. If nobody is home they will leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered spot, or contact you if there is nowhere suitable.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photo?

Every arrangement is handmade to order on the day of delivery using the freshest seasonal blooms available, so the exact flowers and colours can vary slightly from the photo. The size, style and value will always match what you ordered.

Can I include a card message with the flowers?

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we will hand-write it on a card and tuck it into the arrangement. We never include pricing with the delivery, so surprises stay surprises.

Are your flowers really floral-foam free?

Yes, and we have been since day one. Floral foam is a listed carcinogen and a microplastic pollutant, so we build every arrangement with chicken wire and other sustainable mechanics instead. Read more on our foam-free florist page.

Can I send one order to two addresses, or have two people send to one address?

Each order includes one delivery to one address. For two recipients, place two orders. If two people want to send flowers together, place one order and add both names to the card message.

Where is Flowers Alley located?

Our studio is at 302 Charman Road, Cheltenham VIC 3192, near Moorabbin Airport. We are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and you are welcome to collect in person. Call ahead on (03) 5985 7040.
